• The Employer Fee: $100 per month, per enrolled employee.

• No Hidden Claims: Your company pays the flat membership fee. We do not bill your insurance plan for our visits or management.

• Labs & Imaging: Employees pay a small out-of-pocket cash fee for standard labs (approximately $30 for initial labs, and $10-$20 every 3 months after). Employers may opt to cover this nominal lab fee if desired.
